Peter R. Holmes (MA, PhD) is a management trainer and co-founder of both Christ Church Deal, Kent and Rapha. Susan B. Williams, (Ph.D., University of Bristol) is a business consultant and trainer. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is a founding member of Christ Church, Deal, in Kent. Her doctoral work was on 'Change, Spirituality and Learning in a Therapeutic community, and she is the co-author of Becoming More Like Christ: A Contemporary Biblical Journey; Changed Lives: Extraordinary Stories of Ordinary People; and Meeting Jesus Together: Introducing Salugenic Community.
