How to find what you want to
buy
If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to
find it is to type its name into the search box at the top left of
all pages on the site.
Alternatively, you can use the main product categories (Books,
Bibles, Music, Video/DVD or Software) or the “Search by
Interests” section down the left hand side of each page to
access the different product ranges of interest.
To get more information about a product, click on the product
image or name to see its product information page.
Add it to Your
Basket
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to
buy. You can always delete items from the Shopping Basket or save
them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want
simply click the "Add to Basket" button.
To see the contents of Your Basket at any time click the icon
at the top right of any page:

To sign in, click the 'Login' option at the top of the page.
From here you will be taken to the 'sign in' page where you will be
able to enter your email address and password to enter your
account. If you haven't logged in before and are setting up a new
account please click the 'Register' option at the top of the page.
From here please follow the instructions to create an
account.

We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard,
Eurocard Switch, Maestro, cheques or postal orders (denominated in
Pounds Sterling) as payment. All orders must be prepaid. If you're
paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces
or dashes.

acknowledge receipt of your order and notify you of your order
number. Please keep this order number in a safe place - just in
case you need to check its status or make a return via Customer
Services.
Your order will be integrated into our
existing automated sales order process system and dispatched from
our warehouse in Carlisle. Once your order has been invoiced, you
will receive a second email to advise that the order is en route.
If an item is unavailable, you will be advised in this email.
Although every effort is made to ensure that products are
available, all offers are subject to availability. Prices are
correct at the time of display but may change at the discretion of
Authenticmedia.co.uk. All prices include VAT, where applicable. For

Media. Authentic Media is the media and publisher division
of IBS-STL U.K. IBS-STL U.K. (a Christian
charity) is a distribution organisation for Christian product
operating on biblical principles and in full agreement with the
Operation Mobilisation Statement of Faith.
Authenticmedia.co.uk's objective is to promote and provide
customers with Christian books, music and associated products.
Authenticmedia.co.uk will only recommend titles which are in
agreement with the Apostle's Creed, thereby upholding the
exclusivity of the Christian faith over other religions and
cults.
However, in recognition of the diversity of, and the demand
from, the various theological traditions, titles will be available
from Authenticmedia.co.uk that fall outside an evangelical
position. Inclusion of a title within Authenticmedia.co.uk does not
constitute a recommendation, but is offered as information
containing necessary bibliographical data.
Due care should be exercised in product selection as inclusion
of a title within Authenticmedia.co.uk does not mean that
Authenticmedia.co.uk or its customers will necessarily be in full
theological agreement with its content.
